What is the difference between a headband bow vs nylon bow?
How fast will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped within 5 business days via USPS. Tracking will be provided once the order has shipped out.
What is your return policy?
No returns can be made, as these are handmade specifically for you. Please ensure correct sizing when ordering.
Damaged or defective items?
Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Send an email to customerservice@tatumrae.co with your order number and pictures.
Can shipping be refunded if there is an issue?
Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
International shipping?
Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Bow Sizing
Please measure if you are uncertain what your child’s head circumference is. These are only average / approximate fits. They are made from a stretchy bullet, but make sure to get the correct sizing.Bow Headbands
